Kayts Post Office was located in Suruvil Road, Kayts before the 1990 displacement. It was well established and running with all facilities. Kayts people resettled after seven years, in 1997. It was totally destroyed during the war time and now abandoned. Currently, Kayts post office is running in a temporary building for rent. It is a long time request of Kayts people that it should be moved to previous location with same building and service.
